If it did, a large number of people in the world (including in the United States) who are affected by global capitalism\u2019s economic violence (such as lack of access to universal health care in the United States) would be eligible for asylum.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0M\u00eame si les demandeurs d&rsquo;asile iraniens queer et trans et les r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s afghans qui ont quitt\u00e9 l&rsquo;Iran pour la Turquie ne rel\u00e8vent pas de la m\u00eame cat\u00e9gorie selon les crit\u00e8res du HCR, ils ont quelque chose en commun : ce sont des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques. Pourtant, l&rsquo;Agence des Nations Unies pour les R\u00e9fugi\u00e9s ne reconna\u00eet pas la marginalisation \u00e9conomique comme un motif d&rsquo;octroi de l&rsquo;asile.
